SpringApalooza 2011
What do you get when you combine 715 junior high students + 120 adult leaders + 1,000 pounds of goop + 3,500 water balloons, then throw in some free pizza, bouncies, games and worship? The Ground Zero SpringAPalooza.
It was a landmark experience at both SLP and WBL, but most importantly, 139 junior high students said YES to Christ for the very first time.
Thank you to the volunteer leaders and the facilities teams at both campuses for making this event happen. (And sorry to all of the parents who had to wash out the “goop”!)
